Pride Dance Challenge with Dekkadancers

Can you shake your bum in the Pride Parade and walk the route with a sexy dance step? No? Then come to a dance class with Dekkadancers!

The class will be led by dancer Albert Kaše, who has dazzled in A Streetcar Named Desire and La Dolce Vita, and is now about to spread his wings in Jonathan Livingston’s new musical and dance piece, The Seagull.

Albert will teach you the official Pride Dance Challenge, choreographed to the festival anthem Come Closer. Bring your friends or come alone. You’ll be an absolute icon in the Parade and on TikTok, guaranteed!

Originally trained as a tap dancer, Albert later enrolled at the conservatory, where he gained his first stage experience. At the Prague Chamber Ballet, he worked with prominent choreographers like Petr Zuska and Jiří Pokorný. He also participated in a solo dance festival in Ankara. Currently, he is a freelance dancer and one of the leading dancers of DEKKADANCERS.

DEKKADANCERS is a dance company of former dancers from the Czech National Ballet. They traded prestigious engagements for the freedom of independent work, earning numerous awards and growing popularity with audiences. Dekkadancers’ home stage is Jatka78.
