Lost and found

Yap, it happens. Your head is in the clouds, and you only realize your phone/jacket/keys/sunglasses are missing once you get home or back to the hotel. Don’t lose hope – we have a festival lost and found department!

If you discover you’ve lost something, go and ask at the backstage in Pride Village. This is where the lost and found pick-up point will be for the entire festival, and all found items from anywhere will be brought here. This applies from Monday to Friday and Sunday.

If you lose or forget something outside of our main festival venues, such as in a cinema or café, we recommend you contact the venue directly first.

If you lose something on Saturday at Letná, head to the backstage behind the main Red Stage. That’s where found items will be collected on Saturday.

After the festival is over, you can still contact us via email at office@praguepride.com. Describe exactly what you’ve lost and where, and we’ll check to see if your treasure has made it to us.
