Explore the body with Czech National Ballet
Meet a soloist and a corps de ballet dancer from the Czech National Ballet – Kristýna and Theodora – they will present a short duet at the Pride Village and give a dance workshop open to all.
A duet captures the beauty of movement between two bodies, connecting their strength and fluidity, and offering a contrast of energy – an intricate interplay in constant motion.
After the performance, a workshop will be offered to give everyone the opportunity to explore their physical capabilities through dance – learning how movement begins and coordinates with the rest of the body.
For dancers, a workshop is a typical process of exploration, finding inspiration and new movement ideas through improvisation, either individually or with others, leading to the creation of choreography.
A workshop can be seen as a place for creativity, playfulness, and connection with oneself or with others, a space where the art of movement and exploration knows no limit.
