Sappho Salon
Sappho Salon is Pangea’s classic monthly open mic for the queer and feminist community in Prague, and this time, we will host a special, Pride 2024, ‘family’ themed event. From poetry and songs to short stories, the Sappho Salon is a showcase of stunning performances and diverse voices sharing their experiences.
All attendees of the Writing Workshop in Pride Village are welcome to share their work at the Sappho Salon. Even if this is your first time performing, don’t be afraid to sign up. Pangea events are a safe space to make mistakes, try out new things, and to be yourself. We invite performers of all backgrounds to join us at this event. We hope to see you there!
A small entry fee of 100 CZK will be collected at the door to cover all costs of the venue.

Mathilde Sandahl – founder and director of Pangea, charismatic host and exceptional poet and performer. Well versed in all things queer, feminist, and artistic.
Entrance fee – 100 CZK, 90 CZK (10% discount) for Pangea members with membership card
