Pride Cinema Screening: On Tour

Former Parisian producer Joachim has left his entire life behind to start anew in America. After some time, he returns to France with a burlesque show featuring dancers whose heads he filled with romantic notions about touring his homeland. Despite being faced with cheap motels and not enough money, the plump showgirls maintain their enthusiasm and are a hit with the audience. However, their dream of the tour culminating in Paris collides with Joachim’s past, full of unhealed wounds. Screening at Edison Filmhub, a one-screen cinema for those who love art films, Hollywood blockbusters, or both.
