Purple Stage is Prague Pride’s home for talks, conversations, and storytelling, bringing a unique spoken-word programme to Pride Park. Please note that all events on this stage are held in Czech only.
This year’s programme features a discussion hosted by Konsent and Re-set on the links between the fossil fuel industry and attacks on gender equality, the announcement of the Greatest Queer Czech poll results, Pride Voices, a talk show spotlighting young queer voices, and an evening karaoke session hosted by Míra Harant.
Purple Stage is the place to come not only for entertainment, but also to listen, reflect, and join the conversation.
Entrance fee – suggested contribution 200 CZK
Accessibility – suitable also for teenagers, accessible with a dog, barrier-free
Vibe check – requires interacting with the audience or other attendees, seating options, outdoors
Organized by – Prague Pride Festival
Prague Pride Festival showcases queer art, discusses important contemporary topics, and connects queer people, allies, and the wider public. Part of the festival programme is created and produced by the organising team itself, while the rest is brought to life by nonprofit and cultural organisations, collectives, and passionate individuals who help make Prague Pride the largest queer event in the Czech Republic. The theme of Prague Pride Festival 2026 is “Times Are Changing.”
