Times Change, the Music Plays On

Friday 7/8
21:00 02:00
Party
CZ, EN

Step onto the dance floor for a queer celebration of music, memories, and change.

Inspired by this year’s festival theme, Times Are Changing, this party journeys through the sounds that have shaped generations — from the disco liberation of the 1970s and the bold synth-pop energy of the 1980s to the dance-floor anthems of the 1990s and the unforgettable hits of the 2000s.

The world changes. Language evolves. Communities grow and transform. Pride changes too. Yet music remains one of the places where we come together — to remember, to celebrate, to resist, and to belong.

Expect a night filled with queer joy, nostalgic favourites, glitter, dancing, and connection. A space where every generation can move to the songs that made them feel free, alive, and part of something bigger.

Come as you are, bring your friends, and let the music carry you through the decades.
Because times change, but the music plays on.

Dorado Coffee, a popular café in Kinský Garden, transforms into the Pride Café for Pride Week, offering an inviting programme for English-speaking visitors. Combining a café, gallery, and garden in one space, it provides a unique atmosphere in the heart of Prague.

The Dorado Coffee café that hosts the Pride Café also has a second location at Bethlehem Square in Prague 1. If you find yourself nearby during Prague Pride Festival, it’s well worth a visit too.
