Queens against borders
Queens Against Borders is a performance party building solidarity since 2015, with and for trans and queer refugees and immigrants based in Berlin and Germany with acts and performances by SWANA (SouthWest Asia & North Africa) artists as well as performers from Singapore, Brazil, Iran and many more showcasing their art and expressing their emotional and personal experiences with the audience. In the past QAB have raised money for gender affirmation surgeries and self defence workshops as well as providing a platform for immigrants to speak their own voice, all while having a great time. For this evening we’ll be sending the message of collective healing which can be as simple as enjoying the presence of light while experiencing every queer performer, we declare our differences with pride!
