Jana Uriel Kratochvílová is an extraordinary Czech singer, composer, and performer, known for her original work, extravagant appearance, and spiritual depth. Since the 1970s, she has operated at the crossroads of rock, art pop, and alternative music, often incorporating mystical, futuristic, and esoteric elements. After emigrating to the UK in 1980, she became part of the local indie scene. Now back in the Czech Republic, she continues her unique artistic expression under the name Uriel. Her work is deeply linked to themes of transformation, freedom of spirit, and connection with cosmic forces.
