The Czech waacking community keeps growing, glowing, and getting stronger every year. This year, we’re taking over Střelák for the eighth time, and we can’t waiiit!

Get ready for your annual dose of that iconic 1970s Los Angeles underground gay club energy — this time as the sparkling cherry on top of Thursday’s Pride program at Střelák. Expect fierce party vibes, a mini waacking workshop, a parade of outrageously hot looks, scorching disco beats by DJ Jeffology, and a level of dance-floor euphoria that simply can’t be put into words.

The dancers of Imperial House of Waacking Czech Chapter (I.H.O.W. Czech) — the international dance collective founded by waacking pioneer Tyrone Proctor — created the dance family. House of Nora (HON) in 2018. Today, both I.H.O.W. Czech and HON have lives of their own, bringing together disco lovers, party groovers, fashion hunters, and fabulous souls of every identity, background, and heel height imaginable.
