Yoga Flow

Join us for a beginner-friendly Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa Flow class designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment. This practice combines breath and movement in a gentle, accessible way, making it suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone returning to yoga with a fresh perspective.

Inspired by the dynamic flow of Ashtanga yoga, this class takes a softer, more flexible approach, with options and modifications offered throughout so you can adapt the practice to your body and energy level. There’s no need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience—the focus isn’t on perfect poses, but on building awareness, confidence, and enjoying the experience of moving. Expect a balanced sequence that gradually warms up the body, builds strength and stability, improves mobility and balance, and encourages mindful transitions guided by the rhythm of your breath. We’ll finish with slower stretches and a relaxing cool-down, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and present.
