Come and enjoy a day full of movement, laughter and rainbow energy on the green lawn of Střelecký Island! As part of Prague Pride, Alcedo is setting up its sports facilities under the open sky and invites everyone – whether you’re a sport enthusiast or just looking to play for fun.

Play volleyball, test your reflexes at badminton or relax with a cool game of cornhole. No registration, no stress – just the joy of exercise, good vibes and a safe space for everyone.

Alcedo Praha, z.s. is a sports club that has been bringing together LGBTQ+ members, their friends, and allies since 1997. We are a community-based sports association focused on organizing regular volleyball training sessions for guys and friends of the LGBT+ community. We host spring and autumn sports camps, beach volleyball tournaments, and classic six-a-side volleyball competitions for our members. Our mission is to foster international collaboration and new friendships, participate in international tournaments and leagues, and make sports accessible without prejudice—promoting diversity and a healthy lifestyle for both youth and adults.
