Picnic with GALIBI
GALIBI is an LGBTQ+ club at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT), bringing together students, alumni, and friends alike. As every year, we’re celebrating Prague Pride with a picnic on Střelecký Island – and you’re invited!
Come chill under the trees, enjoy a relaxed afternoon, catch up with familiar faces or meet someone new. There’ll be board and card games to play, and most importantly: good vibes only. Feel free to bring a blanket – and your sunshiney mood.
And yes, our beloved tradition returns: the Picnic Basket Contest! Everyone is welcome to join by bringing something to share – whether it’s your own culinary masterpiece or a treat from the store.
We primarily speak Czech, but you’ll definitely find people here who speak English too. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone!

GALIBI is an LGBTQ+ club within the Student Union of the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT). It brings together not only current students, but also alumni, friends, and anyone who’s not a fan of boredom and loves getting involved in the LGBTQ+ scene. GALIBI’s main mission is to create a friendly, welcoming space where its members can feel safe, supported, and fully themselves.
