A Magical Evening with Just Karen

One woman. One evening. And a whole lot of magic.
When it seems like all magic is gone, She arrives to save the day. With a smörgåsbord of healing esoteric practices, divine needle drops, girly spells & magic tricks that will blow your mind. She is the answer to the restless modern mind in a post-magical world.
She is Just Karen.
And Karen is ready to share.
Blending drag performance, live music, stand-up comedy, and real magic tricks, this one-woman show invites audiences into an absurd yet intimate ritual filled with humour, vulnerability, and queer joy. The comedy drag show was created in collaboration with PINKBUS Platform and the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.

Organized by – PINKBUS Platform
PINKBUS Platform is a Czech queer performance platform connecting theatre, music and visual art. Experimenting with both form and content — including drag, travesti, cabaret and stand-up — it creates a safe space for queer authorship and artistic expression.
The collective successfully bridges the queer and professional alternative art scenes, bringing together performers from across genres and interdisciplinary practices. The core creative team consists of Martin “Venice” Talaga, Adriána Spišáková and Tomáš “La Cuntessa” Procházka. Through its work, the platform opens social dialogue, supports the development of queer culture and strengthens the role of queer art as a tool for inspiration and connection between the community and wider audiences.
