There&#8217;s&nbsp;no need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience\u2014the focus isn&#8217;t on perfect poses, but on building awareness, confidence, and enjoying the experience of moving. Expect a&nbsp;balanced sequence that gradually warms up the body, builds strength and stability, improves mobility and balance, and encourages mindful transitions guided by the rhythm of your breath.
