Form & Flow Therapy

At this workshop we use a variety of creative activities to process the experience of coming out and living as trans/non-binary/intersex. We will focus on strengthening our own unique inner resources and building solidarity.

Workshop lecturers:

Glynis Hull-Rochelle is a dramatherapist working with (not only) LGBTQIA+ teenagers and adults. She also uses the Neuro Affective Relational Model, a verbal therapy focused on the body. She focuses on working through the body, movement and somatic approaches.

Laura Henderson provides individual and group art therapy to LGBTQIA+ teenagers and adults and also works as a researcher in the field of creative education for societal transformation at Charles University.

Romana Ezrová is a coach and therapist who helps LGBTQIA+ people get through difficult situations. In today’s world, for so many reasons, we don’t allow ourselves to be who we truly are, and we repress our authentic selves. Romana established the organization Beyond Limits as a place where everyone can express themselves authentically, in their own spirit. www.beyondlimits.cz

Workshop takes place at the headquarters of Život 90 organization, in Dřevák Hall.

Financed by the European Union Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020).

Form & Flow Therapy – utilizing drama and art therapy, movement/somatics and talk therapy, we create a nurturing space for individuals and groups to live in alignment with their authentic selves. We work in English & Czech.
